New: customer TIN and VRN, credit limits and expense due dates
Customers and Expenses have new tools to help you follow up on money.
Wateja
- TIN and VRN: add them to a customer (both optional). They are printed on the receipt and the statement.
- Credit limit: set the most a customer may owe. On the Company Profile page you choose whether a credit sale above the limit is refused or only gives a notice.
- Maelezo and new filters: by type, status and who owes money.
Matumizi
- Imelipwa Kwa: who received the money.
- Due date: an unpaid expense past its due date is shown as Overdue.
- Weka Imelipwa: one click in the list when a bill has been paid.

Wazi Wateja or Matumizi from the menu on the left. The new summaries are under the Takwimu tab kati ya each page.
