- Floor: every table by area, free or busy, with its open order.
- Open Orders: what is being served now and how long it has been open.
- Reservations and New Reservation: bookings by date and time, with or without a deposit (the deposit is taken off the bill).
- Tables: add areas and tables with their seats.
- Insights: busiest tables, staff and times.
Orders are taken on the POS.
