Vehicles and drivers
- Vehicles: trucks, trailers, vans with their papers (insurance, road licence, inspection ...) and expiry dates, services and fuel. Needs Attention lists papers and licences expiring and services due.
- Drivers: licence and its expiry.
- Routes: usual routes with distance, rate and fuel.
Trips
Trips → New Trip: customer, route, vehicle and driver, cargo, and the price. Follow it on the road, record trip costs (allowances, tolls, border ...) and fuel, and the proof of delivery. Costs & Profit shows what the trip earned. Invoice the trip from Documents.
My Trips (for drivers)
The driver sees their trips, updates the status, reports a problem (delay, breakdown ...) and confirms the delivery.
