A shipment file
Shipments → New File: customer, direction (import, export, transit), vessel or flight, ports and ETA. Then:
- Milestones: arrived, under clearance, released, delivered ... with a tracking link for the customer.
- Containers: numbers, seals and the free time before demurrage.
- Documents: the checklist (bill of lading, invoice, packing list ...), with what is missing.
- Customs: TANCIS details, taxes.
- Charges & Billing: costs and the invoice to the customer.

Free Time shows containers whose free days are ending. Morning alerts tell you about arrivals, demurrage and missing documents.
