Expiry Dates and Batches

For pharmacies, food and cosmetics.

• Enter the batch number and expiry date when stock comes in (purchase, opening stock).
• Sales take the batch that expires first.
• Stock by Expiry shows what expires soon and what has expired; write expired stock off from here.
• You get an alert every morning before stock expires (how many days before: in Notifications). You can also stop expired stock from being sold.
